How to order ?


When you click on a product, the description sheet is displayed. It is then possible to add the product to the basket, or to select a variant of the same product (different diameter for example) from the list and add it to the basket. Once the products have been added to the basket, you can continue your purchases (and then find your products in the right column) or go directly to payment. Before validating your order, you can modify the quantities or delete certain products.
 

How to track my order ?


Once your order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you entered. You can then track your order on www.clous.eu by logging into your account with your e-mail address and password, then going to the “Order history” section. You will find the summary of your order there and will be able to see its status (already sent or not, etc.).
 

What is the delivery delay ?


It usually takes 2 business days from receipt of order to delivery. This period corresponds to the processing of the request, manufacturing, quality controls, administrative formalities, routing and delivery. This period may be reduced to 5 working days in the event of force majeure or unavailability of stock of raw materials.
