How to order ?

When you click on a product, the product description sheet will appear. From there, you can add the product to your cart or select a variant of the same product (such as a different diameter) from the dropdown menu and add it to your cart. After adding products to your cart, you can either continue shopping (and see your products in the right column) or proceed directly to checkout. Before finalizing your order, you can adjust quantities or remove certain products if needed.


How to track my order ?

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address you provided. To track your order, log in to your account on www.clous.eu using your email address and password. Then, navigate to the "Order history" section where you will find a summary of your order and its status (whether it has been dispatched or not, etc.).
 

What is the delivery delay ?

Typically, it takes 2 business days from receipt of order to delivery. This timeframe includes order processing, manufacturing, quality control, administrative procedures, shipping, and delivery. However, in cases of force majeure or raw material shortages, the delivery time may extend up to 5 working days.
