Shipping and Payment

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT and shipping costs for deliveries to France, Monaco, Belgium, and Luxembourg (for other countries, additional shipping costs may apply).

Our nails are produced in our factory and immediately packed and shipped. We work with specialized carriers, who guarantee us the possibility to track your goods from the moment they leave our factory to the delivery. You have the option to choose the delivery location (home, workplace, or pickup point). This fast, convenient, and secure delivery includes protection against damage during transit.

To ensure the highest quality in the manufacturing and delivery of our products, there is usually a 2 working day period between order receipt and delivery. This period includes order processing, manufacturing, quality checks, administrative formalities, dispatch, and delivery.

This period may extend to 5 working days in case of force majeure or unavailability of raw material stock.

To provide you with transparent and unambiguous information, our General Terms and Conditions clearly state in Article 6.3 that: "Delivery takes place within a maximum of five working days from the date of the final order."
